Serving mothers and babies during pregnancy and beyond. Classes are led by Sharon Stevenson, a certified birth doula, prenatal yoga and childbirth instructor. Sharon’s goal with each class is to provide a nurturing, empowering environment that enables women and their partners to create optimum health and well being for themselves and their babies. Classes include: Prenatal Yoga Yoga for Mom and Baby (includes Itsy Bitsy Yoga and Infant Yoga) HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Classes — The Mongan Method Signing Safari —Baby Sign Language Classes are held in Northern Virginia — Alexandria, Annandale, Springfield.
